Journey into Tanaduk healing plant and sound meditations with Micah Sheiner & Kayla Falk
SUNDAY JUly 9th
5:00 - 7:30 PM
$75 | In-Person at Pure Land Farms
(This event will not be streamed online)
Join us for a meditative immersion in Tanaduk - the healing garden of Medicine Buddha’s Pure Land. We will begin with an exploration of this garden mandala, getting to know the medicinal plants that grow in each direction. Next we will deepen our connection with their healing properties through guided visualization, learning to commune directly with plants as teachers and healers.
This will be followed by a self-guided meditation with a plant, which each person will then harvest and infuse into an herbal tea to drink during a sound meditation in the beautiful Yuthok Ling temple. Journeying in a resonant field of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, bells, gentle percussion, & mantra. We will discover further insight and healing from our plant allies that becomes accessible in the expanded awareness of sound meditation. Rest in the beauty and mystery of connecting with plant wisdom.
