an ancient watermill

Born on what once was “Il Mulino di Ferraia,” Pure Land Tuscany inhabits an ancient stone water mill, that for centuries served the local community. The property was lovingly restored with care to combine preservation of its historic significance with modern comfort.

Situated next to a river and immersed in diverse vegetation. The neighboring forests, olive groves, and vineyards have attracted poets, writers and artists since the 1700s ​​​​​​​. Setteponti, the historic ancient Roman road passes a short walk away.
