In this experiential class we will study the basic theory behind Tibetan anti-aging practices and learn simple methods for improving health and vitality and balancing the mind and energy:
Body: Tibetan Healing Yogas; Basic diet and lifestyle advice according to your typology
Speech/ Energy: Breathwork; Mantra Recitation to empower herbal substances
Mind: Meditation to balance the five elements
