The Tibetan medical and spiritual traditions contain profound teachings on how to rejuvenate the body, energy, and mind. In this experiential class we will study the basic theory behind Tibetan anti-aging practices and learn simple methods for improving health and vitality and balancing the mind and energy:

Body: Tibetan Healing Yogas; Basic diet and lifestyle advice according to your typology

Speech/ Energy: Breathwork; Mantra Recitation to empower herbal substances

Mind: Meditation to balance the five elements

Non-residential: $195. Nutritious lunch included
