For the participants who attended Drukmo Gyal's Mantra Healing class this past May, or any students who have participated in a Mantra Healing Level One course with Dr. Nida Chenagtsang:

We will be reciting the 'Bat Shi Ma' mantra together as a group . This mantra of Padampa Sangye is known as the mantra of that destroys 100 diseases. It is one of the three root mantras that must be accumulated in order to 'activate' the entire pharmacy of healing mantras that we received transmission for.

This mantra must be accumulated 6000 times on the night before the new moon after sunset.

We will meet at 7PM at Pure Land Farms and as the sun begins to set we will chant together several rounds of the mala as a group, and then continue silently on our own until completing the 6000. Depending on one's pace, this can take between 4 - 8 hours (about 5-6 is common). All participants are welcome to sleep at the center and rest in the next morning.

It is highly recommended to memorize this mantra beforehand so that the mantra recitation will go more smoothly and quickly.
