Join us for our weekly community Medicine Buddha Healing practice. From Ju Mipham's Mantra Healing Treatise, this is a simple yet profound practice utilizing the power of mantra and visualization that can be used for healing self and healing others. 

 Please bring photos and names of people you would like to include in our practice.

As part of our Monday meditations, we will include parts of the Yuthok Nyingthig ngöndro (preliminary) practices, breath work, and Tibetan Nejang healing yoga according to the participants interest.
