GUIDED GROUP MEDITATION PRACTICE
Sunday’s 9:00-10:00AM | Followed by volunteer activities, community tea, snacks, & socializing (roughly 10AM-12PM)
Join us every Sunday morning for a weekly guided meditation practice.
In accordance with our rotating instructors as well as the participants interest we will rotate through practicing Medicine Buddha Healing Meditation from Ju Mipham’s Mantra Healing Treatise, focus on parts of the Yuthok Nyingthig ngöndro (preliminary) practices, breath work exercise, and/or Tibetan Nejang healing yoga. Practice will vary week to week.
If desired, participants may bring photos and names of people you would like to include in our healing practices.
