For this month’s Medicine Buddha meditation, you are invited to join our Yuthok Nyingthig Outer Guru Yoga retreat. Christiana Polites will guide the Guru Yoga session enhanced by the music and resonant sounds by Micah Sheiner to support your visualization of the dakinis!
Yuthok is an embodiment of the Medicine Buddha and practicing his Guru Yoga is another way to connect directly with the healing blessings of the Medicine Buddha.
