Community Practice:
Every Saturday at 10am
Pure Land Farms California is open on Saturdays for a weekly community practice. This Saturday we will be guided by special visiting guest teacher, Prajwal Vajracharya, 35th generation Newar Buddhist priest and master Charya Nritya dancer from Nepal. This one hour practice will include movement and meditation practice and introduce participants to to this rich tradition of dance as a spiritual practice. Interested students may enroll in Prajwal’s full weekend teaching, Embodied Heart Sutra.
Prajwal Ratna Vajracharya is a 35th generation Tantric Buddhist priest from Nepal and ritual master of the Charya Nritya dance tradition and other ritual forms. Prajwal began his training in Charya Nritya, the dance aspect of Newar Buddhism, from the age of eight, receiving formal instruction from his father, the Buddhist scholar and ritual master Ratna Kaji Vajracharya. Prajwal Vajracharya is now the foremost teacher, practitioner, and performer of the tradition. He is a veteran of several world tours. He teaches beginning and advanced students around the globe. He founded Dance Mandal in 1996, and the Foundation for Sacred Buddhist Arts of Nepal to preserve and expand this rare ancient form of Buddhism and its related traditions

Experience the healing power of stillness through Community-Style Acupuncture . In this shared setting, each person receives acupuncture on carefully chosen points to promote relaxation, reduce stress, ease inflammation and pain, support gut health, harmonize emotions, and regulate sleep. Gentle mantras and guided meditation fill the temple, inviting deep rest and balance.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that can easily be rolled up to the knees and elbows and be ready to remove socks and shoes. Patients may receive acupuncture either seated or lying down.
