Cancellation and Refund Policies

Pure Land Farms reserves the right to exercise its discretion and cancel or postpone a program at any time due to shifting protocols around health and safety regulations, unpredictable factors such as low registration, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund for the cost of your registration. If you plan on traveling to LA to attend an event, we encourage making reservations with flexible cancellation policies as Pure Land Farms cannot reimburse participants for other expenses such as hotels, flights, or other accommodations. Please be aware that we are a small center with limited capacity and advance registration for all programs is required. Please do not purchase flights or travel reservations until you have fully registered for a program.
RESIDENTIAL, OR MULTI DAY PROGRAMS:
Guests may cancel their booking up to 30 days prior prior to their stay and will receive a full refund minus processing fees. Guests may cancel their booking between 30 & 14 days before their stay and receive a 50% refund minus processing fees. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before their stay are not refundable except in the case of medical emergencies or Covid 19.
NON-RESIDENTIAL EVENTS:
Guests may cancel their booking up to two weeks prior to their program and will receive a full refund minus processing fees. Guests may cancel their booking between 14 & 7 days to receive a 50% refund minus processing fees. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days are not refundable except in the case of medical emergencies or Covid 19.
Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances, please write to info@purelandfarms.com as early as possible.

Accessibility

We are working to improve our accessibility, and are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding access to our facilities. If you have specialized needs please reach out to discuss them with us ahead of time. We are currently not a wheelchair-accessible facility and the terrain is often rocky and uneven, with a good deal of gravel coverage. If you need assistance upon your arrival, please reach out to our staff. At present, our clinic space is only accessible by staircase, but our therapists can accommodate individual needs in other spaces on site.
Pets

We love your pets too but ask that you do not bring animals other than service animals onto the land. We strive to remain a safe space for people with allergies to animals in our accommodations and common areas, and have a delicate ecosystem.
Covid Guidelines

Your health and safety is our top priority. By registering for an event at Pure Land Farms you are agreeing to comply with all of our health and safety protocols based on applicable federal, state, and local guidelines.
