VIRTUAL YUTHOK NYINGTHIG RETREAT

This Medicine Buddha Day, we will begin our Yuthok Nyingthig home retreat with a comprehensive overview of each practice in the format of two online meetings. Our sessions will include guided practice, explanation, and opportunity to bring your questions regarding the practice and structuring your home retreat.
You are welcome to join for either or both sessions.
These sessions are especially designed for our retreat participants however they are open to all who seek additional familiarization and support around Yuthok Nyingthig ppractice.
SCHEDULE
Morning: 10AM - 1PM PST
Ngöndro (complete session including 101 x recitation of each mantra accumulation and instruction in the practice)
Afternoon: 3PM - 6PM PST
Outer & Inner Guru Yogas

What do I need?
In order to participate all you need is access to a computer or phone, when you register you will immediately receive an email with instructions and a link to connect to the virtual meetings.
Please have your Ngöndro pecha and Guru Yoga booklets with you so that you are able to follow along in the practice.
It is also recommended to minimize communication whether talking, engaging online or use of cell phone and computer and instead to keep a practice and dream journal during one’s Yuthik Nyingthig Retreat.

Cost of attendance:
This daylong meditation instruction is offered free of charge, however, if you’d like to make a donation, 100% of the proceeds will go to Direct Relief and other organizations that are working hard to save lives.
