What do I need?

In order to participate all you need is access to a computer or phone, when you register you will immediately receive an email with instructions and a link to connect to the virtual meetings.

Please have your Ngöndro pecha and Guru Yoga booklets with you so that you are able to follow along in the practice.

It is also recommended to minimize communication whether talking, engaging online or use of cell phone and computer and instead to keep a practice and dream journal during one’s Yuthik Nyingthig Retreat.
