The Inner Harvest:
Tibetan Yoga & Contemplative Practice
with Liz Sung
Sunday September 20th, 2026
11am - 1pm
IN PERSON ONLY
Join us just before the Autumn Equinox as we begin to transition into autumn— the season of ripening, gathering, and turning inward. This Sunday gathering is an invitation to pause at this seasonal threshold and reconnect with the changing rhythms of our body, energy, and mind, as well as the natural environment we live in.
In autumn, nature reminds us that there is a time to gather what has grown, appreciate what has ripened, and intentionally release what has reached its end. There is both abundance and tenderness in this season, naturally flowing from the rigorous outward activity of summer toward quietude and receptivity.
Through Tibetan yoga, breathwork, meditation, and contemplative reflection, Liz Sung will guide a practice inspired by these qualities of the autumn. With particular attention to the lungs and breath as we move into a drier time of year, and drawing on the refining qualities associated with the Metal element, we will use movement and breath to open the body, circulate and gather our energy, and gradually settle into stillness, clarity, and equanimity.
Open to all levels. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and your journal or notebook.
Participants are welcome to bring their own lunch to picnic on the grounds, and join the afternoon program of Yuthok Kusalil Chöd with Amchi Tenzin Yangdon beginning at 3PM.
